The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is seeking sources to provide domestically manufactured 30-Gallon Stainless Steel/PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) Composite Drums, UN 2031, in accordance with ASTM A240, UN Model Regulations for Class 5.1 and Class 8 substances. Containers shall be suitable for hazardous material service under all applicable regulatory guidelines, including DOT, UN, OSHA and GHS. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, UEI number, and CAGE Code. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on 08 July 2026 to: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) Natella Calliste, natella.k.calliste.civ@us.navy.mil Large files need to be compressed using WinZip (http://www.winzip.com).
