About this opportunity
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Sector Northern New England requires professional solid waste removal services for its shore installations in Portland and South Portland, ME. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles to perform these services safely and in accordance with all local, state, and federal environmental laws. The contractor shall provide scheduled and "as-needed" solid waste (Municipal Solid Waste - MSW) and construction debris removal services at the specified locations. Equipment and Service Frequency Lids Required: All MSW 8-yard containers must be equipped with durable, functional lids to prevent access by local wildlife and wind-blown litter.
