About this opportunity

The George Washington Regional Commission (GWRC) and its member jurisdictions have a significant interest in the legislative and budget activities of the Virginia General Assembly each session. This requires an on-site consultant in Richmond during the General Assembly Session, including special sessions, to monitor and lobby for bills, budget actions, and legislative studies as well as attend or coordinate meetings.
