The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking Statements of Qualifications for the Culpeper Bundle Design-Build Project from qualified and experienced respondents with design and construction experience of highway facilities. This design build bundle consists of five elements in Culpeper County and the Town of Culpeper, Virginia. These five elements are part of a single procurement and will be awarded as a single contract. The following are brief descriptions of the five elements: (1) Roundabout at US 15 Business/US 522/Rte. 3 – This involves converting the existing signalized intersection at the intersection of US 15 Business (Orange Road)/US 522/Rte. 3 (Germanna Highway) to a single lane roundabout.
