About this opportunity
Under Statutory Authority 40 U.S.C. § 501 and 41 U.S.C. § 251 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AVI-SPL, LLC. for diagnosis and repair services of the Planar Video Wall located at the Matousek Auditorium at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center. A section of the video wall is currently non-functional and requires OEM-authorized onsite troubleshooting and repair. The contractor will restore full functionality of the Planar Video Wall. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 40 U.S.C. § 501 and 41 U.S.C. § 251, as implemented in RFO 8.401 and GSAR 538.7104-3, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
