Under Statutory Authority 40 U.S.C. § 501 and 41 U.S.C. § 251 the VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ScriptPro USA, Inc. for reprogramming of a ScriptPro Notice Board 40 at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, IL. The contractor will reengineer the current ScriptPro display, perform software updates/upgrades and provide customer support. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 40 U.S.C. § 501 and 41 U.S.C. § 251, as implemented in RFO 8.401 and GSAR 538.7104-3, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
