Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to AT&T, Inc., on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 6.302-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is to provide ESInet and NG911 Core Routing Services. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 517111 per the Performance Work Statement.
