PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, qualified supervision, and other items designated in this contract in accordance with the specifications and drawings to complete Project #556-24-122 B132 Pool & HVAC Replacement. The primary purpose of this project is to renovate the pool and bring it into compliance with current codes as well as making it Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) complaint. Pool plumbing and associated systems are to be replaced/modernized in accordance with design drawings. Staff and patient locker rooms will be made ABA complaint.
