About this opportunity

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to OptimERA Marine for the purchase of specialized Scanmar acoustic sensors and supporting hardware. This contract is expected to have a period of performance of 60 days after award date. These sensors are utilized on the NOAA vessel Henry B. Bigelow and Pisces to facilitate the ESB Bottom Trawl Surveys.
