The United States Coast Guard Deputy Commandant for Systems (DCS) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation on behalf of the Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) to award a firm-fixed-price requires commercial cleaning and renewal of a CAT SSDG heat exchanger contract, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. This requirement consists of performing all on-site labor and services to Transportation. The Contractor is responsible for the pickup and delivery of the heat exchanger at USCG Base Charleston in coordination with the Port Engineer. Disassembly and cleaning.
