PRESOLICITATION NOTICE The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award, on a sole source basis, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO FAR 12.102(a), a firm fixed price purchase order to Oyster Recovery Partnership, Inc., for services to monitor established oyster reefs to determine oyster population density, oyster biomass, presence and/or abscence of multiple oyster year classes, and shell volume in support of the NOAA Chesapeake Bay Office of the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). This contract is expected to have a period of performance of August 2026 - July 2027.
