This NAICS code is subject not subject to a waiver. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The VA Portland Health Care System is seeking to purchase auto-locking hallway carts. Delivery Location: VA Portland Health Care System 3710 SW US Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239 Award will be based upon the evaluation factors listed in Section E of the attached RFQ. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions.
