The HGMD license is a mutation visualization software tool that provides a graphical representation of variants along aligned DNA and protein sequences, which can then be exported for further analysis. The database contains mutation support and sequence-specific details necessary for patient disease identification and analysis in the Undiagnosed Diseases Program (UDP).
