The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) proposes to enter into a contract on a basis of full and open competition. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to provide equipment that must be a high-throughput proteomics platform that uses proximity extension assay technology to have the ability to measure thousands of proteins with high specificity and sensitivity. The platform must include software to analyze the data and processes quality control of samples, normalization and handling of non-detects. It must have high specificity and sensitivity with minimal sample volume and be scalable from small targeted panels to thousands of proteins.
