About this opportunity
The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Contracting Office, intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to ICAN, Inc., under authority 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 – Only one source responsible and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the Automatic Identification System (AIS) Base Station Upgrade for vessel traffic management along the U.S. portion of the St Lawrence Seaway. ICAN, Inc., operates the St Lawrence Seaway Management Corporations (SLSMC’s) AIS Base Stations and GLS’s system must configure directly with the SlSMC network.
