The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, labor, and any other items or services necessary to perform repairs on the American Forces Network (AFN) two (2) tower Phase Array Amplitude Modulation (AM) antenna system and to replace the medium intensity aviation obstruction lights (OM-6) from incandescent bulbs to LEDs.
