NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Singapore has issued a competitive solicitation for the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14) Mid-Term Availability (MTA), with a period of performance from 15 Dec 2026 until 2 Feb 2027. The place of performance shall be the contractor’s facility located in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR) with geographical restriction excluding performance in India. The Government intends to award a single, hybrid contract that will include both Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and Time and Material (T&M) CLINs for growth work for the execution of the USNS CESAR CHAVEZ (T-AKE 14) MTA.
