The Town of Richlands is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide mowing and grounds maintenance services for various Town-owned properties, rights-of-way, parks, facilities, and other designated areas within the Town of Richlands.The intent of this contract is to provide professional mowing and grounds maintenance services in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Services shall include mowing, trimming, edging, weed eating, debris removal, and related grounds maintenance activities.
