STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR GAS TURBINE BLEED AIR HOSE INSULATION CGC MUNRO has a need to replace insulation covers on the Gas Turbine Bleed Air Hose. The ship’s Main Gas Turbine is currently non-operational and has an immediate need for new insulation materials as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW). 1.0 GENERAL Background USCGC MUNRO inadvertently soaked the insulation surrounding GTBA-HOSE-1 with an oily water.
