The Work consists of improvements to approximately 2,300 linear feet of Libbie Avenue, between the signalized intersection at Broad Street and the proposed roundabout at Bethlehem Road, which is being constructed as part of another project. The project includes a shared use path on the east side of Libbie Avenue between Broad Street and Libbie Mill West Boulevard, which transitions into a protected two-way bicycle lane between Libbie Mill West Boulevard and Bethlehem Road where it ties to a proposed shared use path being constructed as part of another project.
