AMENDMENT 0001 / REQUIREMENT CLARIFICATION: The purpose of this update is to clarify the delivery and assembly requirements for the All-Terrain Utility Vehicle (UTV). 1. Turn-Key Delivery Requirement: The UTV must be delivered fully assembled, serviced (operating fluids topped off), tested, and in "turn-key" operational condition. All required accessory packages, including the enclosed cab, cabin heater, lighting package, and cold weather kits, must be fully dealer-installed prior to delivery. 2. Unacceptable Delivery Methods: To be determined technically acceptable, all quotations must explicitly state that the proposed vehicle will be delivered fully assembled with all accessory packages installed.
