About this archived opportunity
The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to Frontier Precision, 1713 Burlington Dr, Bismarck, ND 585404, for Trimble Surveying Equipment for the South Dakota area. US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), have a need to purchase Trimble R980, Model 50, hardware and software for a variety of Natural Resource, Engineering, and Scientific data collection, for the South Dakota area. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the software annual subscription maintenance needed. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, July 10, 2026, and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All respondents must be registered in SAM.GOV, and current firms must update once a year to maintain active status. Please visit the www.sam.gov website to register and update information.
