This is a combined presolicitation/solicitation notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice and quotations are being requested. Solicitation W50S8K26QA003 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1 simplified procedures for repair of Building 99 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station, St. Louis, MO. The evaluation is being conducted in two phases using a down select process. In Phase 1 interested contractors will submit documentation to evaluate technical risk.
