This solicitation is for remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S.Tri Mission Marine House in Vienna Austria The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks – all as specified in the attached Statement of Work: Demolition Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door. Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal. Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue.
