This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract shall be awarded from this notice. PROJECT SCOPE: This event will discuss TWO separate potential contract actions. The primary purpose is to solicit feedback from the construction industry, specifically targeting contractors with expertise in deep soil mixing (DSM), deep mixing methods (DMM), and other innovative soil improvement techniques for seismic remediation of a dam with a very soft puddle clay core.
