The following types of organizations are eligible to receive direct awards from DDDRP: CSBG state associations, tribes and territories that were funded directly by the CSBG in FY 2025.If a state does not have a CSBG state association or the CSBG state association is not willing to apply for funding, an individual community action agency from the state may apply with the support of a majority of all the CAA's in the state. Only one application from a CAA in the state will be accepted.Applications from individuals, including sole proprietors, and foreign entities are not allowed and will not be considered for review or funding. The Office of Community Services (OCS) announces the availability of funds for a Diaper Distribution Demonstration and Research Pilot (DDDRP). OCS anticipates awarding approximately $29 million available through fourteen cooperative agreements to eligible Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state associations, tribes that were funded directly by the CSBG in fiscal year (FY) 2025, and the CSBG-funded territories.
