Q1: Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. A1: Services for this effort were provided by Martime Helicopters, Inc. under Blanket Purchase Agreement 70Z04525AKODI0003. Q2: Does the bidder need to be able to provide air transport as well as marine transport? A2: Contractor may provide either air OR marine transport to the locations identified in the Statement of Work.
