AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of this amendment 0002 is to modify the combined synopsis/solicitation as follows: Incorporate Vendor Q&A: Provide official Government responses to vendor questions (see attached 5 Q&A document) Revise the Statement of Need (SON): Remove the standalone "Salient Characteristics" document and incorporate all salient characteristics directly into the revised SON dated 30Jun26. Restructure Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Consolidate the schedule of supplies into a single CLIN (CLIN 0001). Update Unit of Measure: Change the unit of measure for the newly consolidated CLIN from "Each" (EA) to “LOT”.
