The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort McCoy intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to The Gordian Group, Inc., 30 Patewood Drive Suite 350, Greenville, South Carolina 29615, CAGE 0ZKV8. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure seven (7) RSMeans Data Online Complete Plus annual subscriptions and one (1) each of Annual Editions: Facilities Construction Costs and Facilities Maintenance and Repair Costs hard copy books to be delivered FOB Destination to the 63rd Readiness Division. The period of performance will be for one base year plus four option year periods.
