No responsive proposals were received for the John Cochran Division Northeast Parking Structure in St. Louis, MO. Solicitation W912DQ26RA023 is canceled. This requirement remains viable and important. USACE Kansas City District is revisiting the acquisition requirements to determine changes required in order to issue an updated solicitation in the future. We remain confident in the project’s importance, viability, and long-term value, and we are focused on issuing a solicitation that encourages strong competition and broad industry participation.
