AMD 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide an extension to the proposal due date. We received numerous responses by the due date for the receipt of proposals. However, during our review, there were key aspects missing from the proposals. If you want to be considered for award, re-submit your proposals ensuring it includes key aspects of the solicitation. 1. Your company must have a Secret Facility Clearance. Submit a completed DD254. If you do not have a Secret Facility Clearance, do not respond to this amendment; you will not be considered for award. 2. Observe instructions to submit your responses in 3 separate volumes.
