The primary place of performance will be designated by the contractor. Subject to space availability and the COR’s approval, place of performance may be at the Department of Homeland Security at the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE, Washington, D.C. 20593-7430.
