Due to compatibility, standardization, and lifecycle support considerations, only MSA Safety, LLC products or services are acceptable for this requirement. Refurbished, or refurbished items are not acceptable. Substitutions will not be considered. This restriction is supported by a Justification and Approval (J&A) in accordance with FAR 11.105 and can be provided upon request.
