Five-Year Obstruction Inspection of Sprinkler System Coatesville VA Medical Center 1. Scope The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform the five-year obstruction inspection, testing, and maintenance of the facility’s sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association’s) 25 and applicable codes. Work includes internal pipe assessments, valve inspections, FDC hydrostatic testing, hydrant flow testing, and replacement of sprinkler gauges. 2.
