About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy FESBA anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for bulk/retail fuel services for CONTRACTOR-OWNED / CONTRACTOR OPERATED AND GOVERNMENT-OWNED/CONTRACTOR-OPERATED, (COCO/GOCO) FUEL OPERATIONS AT (Fort Carson, CO: Pinyon Canyon and Wilderness Road). This includes services for the operations, management and administration pertaining to the receipt, storage and handling, and issue of DLA Energy fuel products.
