The US Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award to Raymond Chapman (Cage Code: 0MHD0), 1725 Macarthur PL, Vicksburg, MS 39180 on a sole source basis (IAW RFO FAR 13.101(b)) for services leveraging expertise with the Geophysical Scale Multi-Block (GSMB) modeling software to generate models required to support ongoing research at the Port of Nome in Alaska. In order to maintain consistency with research under previous contracts, this requirement is anticipated to be issued for a follow-on contract for ongoing research.
