This Sources Sought notice is being posted to satisfy the requirements of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 206.302-1(d). The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst intends to negotiate and make an award on a sole-source basis with The Boeing Company, CAGE: 22819, for a Fixed-Price contract. This procurement is to acquire various pieces of Support Equipment (see attachment) in support of the Japan E-2D Program. These items are used to repair and maintain the E-2D's T56-427A Engine.
