30 June 2026: This updated announcement serves as Amendment 0004 to the FORMAL Request for Proposal (RFP) W58RGZ-26-R-0008 that was issued on 18 May 2026 (Amendment 0003 and updated attachments referenced in list of Attachments). This Amendment 0004 is issued to update the following attachments within SECTION J LIST OF ATTACHMENTS to affect the following changes: A. Attachment 0019 SECTION L INSTRUCTIONS CONDITIONS AND NOTICES TO OFFERORS, revise submission email address to antionette.r.mcclinton.civ@army.mil for all proposal ubmission requirements.
