To solicit sealed bids from qualified and capable contractors experienced in providing aluminum scrap metal hauling and recycling and to award one contract to provide services to Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) of hauling and recycling aluminum license plates picked up from each DMV Customer Service Center (CSC) and DMV Select offices statewide.
