Quotes received for contractors that did not attend the site visit will be excluded. All questions are due 26 June 2026 at 1100 CDT. All quotes are due 6 July 2026 at 1100 CDT. The evaluation factors for award are Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In accordance with (IAW) the solicitation instructions, please provide a price break-down in your quote, and a technical capability narrative that demonstrates an understanding of the requirement and responsibilities IAW the Statement of Work (SOW).
