***Start of Update 0010 Posted 20260701*** The purpose of this update is to issue Amendment 0006 to inform Industry of a forthcoming amendment that will revert the Labor Hour (LH) and Cost Reimbursable (Cost) CLINs that were revised to Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) under Amendment 0004 back to Labor Hour (LH) and Cost CLINs. As such, the proposal due date for the Pre-Requisite (Volume 2), Technical (Volume 3) and Past Performance (Volume 4), portions of the proposal, remain unchanged at no later than 2:00PM Eastern Time on 06 July 2026. The proposal due date for Executive summary/Contract Administration (Volume 1), Price (Volume 5), and Small Business (Volume 6) is changed to no later than 2:00PM Eastern Time on 13 July 2026.
