The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division is seeking qualified contractors to supply and install a sound dampening system for Building 19, Room B125, which is a certified Open Storage Secret Space (OSS). The project objective is to ensure that noise transmission is minimized to meet security specifications, making normal conversation inaudible and loud speech unintelligible outside the space.
