The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requires Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, and Unscheduled Maintenance services for DeCA’s Italy commissary (Aviano, Vicenza, Naples, Sigonella, Livorno) facilities and equipment. Preventive Maintenance, Emergency Maintenance, and Unscheduled Maintenance services may result in repair, replacement or maintenance of facilities and equipment of or within the commissaries. 1. Preventive Maintenance (PM). This service is defined as the act of performing regularly scheduled maintenance activities to help prevent unexpected failures in the future.
