THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS-SOLICITATION OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is issuing a Two-Step Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation will result in one (1) firm-fixed-price contract for a project titled Upgrade Fire Detection System at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
