Subject: Request for cost estimate for Catering Services The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco would like to request cost estimate for the catering service for one (1) day. Specifically, we are interested in the following: - Savory hors d’oeuvres for 100 people in American styled food (vegetarian preferable) - Servers for 100 guests - High cocktail tables - Low buffet style tables - Six bars with servers - Glasses - Plates for cake to be served - Forks for the cake - Table cloths The prices should include a separate line for VAT.
