The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Floor, Wall, and Canopy Repair Project at the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy Baku. The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in July - August 2026.
