The vehicles will be delivered to the Embassy’s agency: Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) located in 53 Tran Phu, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam. The Contractor shall provide quotation including all taxes, VAT (if applicable), door-to-door delivery fee to the required address, and any other anticipated charges.
