Questions w Answers Could the Government please provide the required electrical characteristics for the permanent UPS system, including input/output voltage, phase, and frequency? Input/Output Voltage: 208V or 220V, 3-phase power supply. Could the Government please specify the required battery backup runtime for the permanent UPS system? The system needs to provide 480 minutes of runtime.
