The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing an IDIQ contract for ROV Kits IAW attached documents (Notes: Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item & If not the actual manufacturer- Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size must be provided) . Any company claiming to provide an acceptable alternate product, must design and demonstrate that product within 2 weeks after the solicitation closes, at no cost to the Government, for assessment of technical acceptability.
