2 July 2026 NOTICE OF POTENTIAL CHANGE TO TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS) wishes to advise all interested parties and prospective offerors that the technical requirements associated with the subject solicitation for a lowboy trailer may be subject to modification prior to the solicitation's closing date. Specifically, the 31st Contracting Squadron has been notified by its mission partner, the 31st Logistics Readiness Squadron (31 LRS), that the drive configuration for the truck to be used with the lowboy trailer may change from 6x4 to 4x2.
